When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email to let you that we have received your order. Please ensure you keep this email as we may need you to refer to it if there are any issues with your order. If you do not receive an email please let us know.


We accept payment through SAGE secure server - please note you DO NOT need a SAGE account to place an order with us.


We can accept payment over the phone, please call us on: 02077366735 during shop opening hours. 


We don't accept cheques. 

All prices on the website are in UK GBP Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at 20% but DO NOT include delivery costs – these will be added on when you check out to pay.


Cost & Options

Standard UK delivery is £4.95, or FREE on orders over £250.00. You can collect your purchase from our Fulham Road store for FREE, having first ordered and paid online. Please click this option when you come to check out. Please allow 24 hours for the items to be ready, if you need them sooner, please contact us on 020 77366735 or to check that we are able to do this for you. Most items on our website are web exclusive so may not be available in store for collection immediately. Please call or email the shop if you are not sure the delivery time. 


We aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 5 working days for items available in store and up to 10 working days for web exclusive products.  We work with Parcelforce, Royal Mail, UPS, DHL and Olympex Global to send your delivery.

If your order is required urgently please contact us as soon as you have placed your order.


If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you on receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not satisfied with the alternative delivery date then you can cancel the order immediately and we will give you a full refund.


Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.


Terms & Conditions

You can return any product for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs for the delivery or return of the item.

All returned products must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging.

We are not able to refund or exchange certain items. 

SALE items are non-returnable.

Please supply your contact details on the the return form so we can process the refund ASAP. We will try to call you as soon as the product is received and inspected. 


If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible via email and include your order number. We will then do our best to resolve the situation. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. If you would like a replacement, please let us know when you report the item as faulty. If we are unable to fulfil your request for a replacement we will be happy to refund you in full. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt when we will decide whether to accept the item is faulty.

If an item is damaged in delivery we require a photo of the item plus further photographs of the inner and out box they were delivered in.

Please check fully you order upon delivery. Any breakage or damage items must be reported within 3 days. 


Please note that refunds onto Stripe or WorldPay can take up to 30 days and are subject to STRIPE or WorldPay regulations. Any returns received outside the aforementioned time of 14 days will not be accepted.


When returning items by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights. We would recommend you use registered post and retain the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. We can’t be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
